my Sunday is well spent! i tried to minimize my usage of money, oh yes i did it! hahaha!i feel so happy today, somehow. i went out with ruzaimi to syahirah's brother wedding. in such coincidence, i saw my brother there too hahaha! i was surprised yo, no kidding. i saw my school friends there too, apparently my school friends is syahirah's friends too; so yeah, small world huh.
after the wedding, i went off to meet lydia at causeway point. she lend me her Microsoft office cd, i wrote a shout out on my personal massage in msn and apparently lydia talked to me. lydia has such a good heart ey? hahahaha THANK YOU SO MUCH K! i'll return you the cd pretty soon :) then i rushed back home to get my files, laptop and change my shirt. i was going to the library with farhan to discuss about our menu planing project, so far we have drafted our restaurant layout. there is so much thing to do! urg
anyways, tomorrow school-ing! yay,

i was waiting for the wedding photo album to be uploaded. and so here is it, all thanks to shikin!and so, school was normal today. i had practical, and ended quiet late i guess. in the end i went back home alone, with out farhan as he was with his girl-friend. i was so tired that i slept in the train. alight at woodlands mrt and took bus home, as soon as i reach home i ate and then rest awhile.
i can't seems to find any recipes for the Tabasco competition, I've ask angie and ammierul(my team-mates) to find them. i gave a few recipes anyway. tomorrow report at 8.30am! having practical again, this week is going to be a tiring week. 4 straight days of practical lessons! hopefully i wont tire myself too much, as there is a league game coming Sunday. I'm looking forward to it.
if i didn't online this few days means I'm busy or tired or just cannot be bothered.

that is the same food that chef hamamoto cook, but this is at the buffet. my own plating :D
i haven't been updating since pass few days, i was busy lah. and if you realise i didn't online for the pass few days, yesterday was awesome! morning i went to shatec for turkey workshop organised by Singapore jr chef association(sjcc) and shatec. the workshop was prettypretty fun! and fun! hahaha
basically we got our free breakfast first, then we sat in the demostration room for some talks and lastly a cooking demo by shatec's chef hamamoto. the food that he presented was BRAISED CLAY POT TURKEY WITH VEGETABLES WITH GRATED DAIKON(radish)GRAVY. or in Japanese (turkey mizore-nabe)
he is a Japanese chef, he's was great. very calm and relex, and a little bit funny. hahahaha! my friends/classmates took pictures with him, it was a great experience to be there. during lunch we had our free buffet lunch. we ate the same thing that chef hamamoto cook. it was nice! like seriously lah, i didn't regret one bit for attending this workshop, hehe. im looking forward to the next sjcc workshop/outing. LOLOLOLOLOL!
after the workshop, i went to my cousin's wedding at sembawang. helped out abit with the "kendarat" but also i took a break in between. when night falls i went to my suhaidi's(cousin) house with shikin, azhar, and nazirah (all cousins) we camwhored. hahaha! so fun lar! :D then watch man utd win over middlsbrh. after that i went to my auntie's house and sleepover. and now im back home! yay, having soccer match later on at sembawang, canberra secondary.
