okay, one function down. time to concentrate on my 3 course meal for exam. i tried out my dish and you can see the final outcome ^ seriously, there is alot to improve on kay. i dont think this is good enough, i am gna do better! you can do it indra :/ i still have my caramel custard to worry, the unmolding part is the most tedious to me, cause the custard is fragile. *sigh
this friday is the actual practical test. goodluck for the others who are taking tomorrow, ups!
and tomorrow is the last day of kitchen operation as well)): hoping for a full house tomorrow, PLEASE!!!
