hi i'm back from blogger. sorry i haven't been updating my blog, my lazyness virus struck me. nothing interesting to update about though.
today in school, i pair up with my friend, nash to do creampuffs. i had fun during practical lesson, had kindof slow start but we got over it. picture shown above is our final product. the one with whipped cream on top is nash's product, and on the center piece is mine. chef says our creampuffs are nice/well done. yes, i'm happy about it(: except our presentation is abit __ up. hahaha! no worries
also, i have been nominated to join world skills and asean skills. i have not much info on this culinary competition, i'll try to update you guys on my next post perhaps? no promises. selection round is on 24th august 2009 i think. my class has 5 nominees, we have a total of 11 students selected for the selection. i want to be in the top 5! wish me luck people :)
